My “flight instructions” for the day.

Should we experience a change in pressure…. STOP.  Take three deep breaths to start the flow of oxygen, then continue to   breathe normally. Whether or not you can see it, energy is flowing…  If you are travelling with a child or someone who requires assistance, secure your mask on first, and then assist the other person.
